Oh my! Where does the time go? I thought it was just a few days ago that I last posted on this blog and was shocked to find I hadn’t since April 11! Well, I have been quite busy. I have been doing readings of my book “Faces Who Are We” to children and I am so enjoying that. I finished my international children’s book and sent it off to my wonderful friend, Michelle Eggan, who is illustrating the book. I am working very hard on my book which contains a collection of greeting card stories from people whose lives where touched by cards, a chapter on what to say to people in a card, suggestions as to when to send a card and finally, there will be lovely lovely art by some of my dear friends in a chapter of the book called “Remembering”. This part of the book will contain all the dates of the year and on those dates, the reader is encouraged to write down important events such as births, deaths, wedding anniversaries, cancer free anniversaries, sobriety anniversaries, etc. These dates are important to remember so that we can send cards and personal messages to people that are important to us. I can’t wait until I can send it off to publishers. I have two publishers in mind already. So that is why it has been ages since I have blogged.
